INTAKE PROCEDURE
Just as much as clients and their families are interested in knowing whether K & W Co. L.P.A. can provide legal representation that will address their needs, we are interested in knowing whether there is a need that our legal services can redress. Therefore, it is our strong policy to encourage an intake consultation, where your needs and our services may be discussed and assessed. We charge no fee for this initial consultation.
Because of the unique services provided by K & W, many people who contact us our from all over Ohio (most K & W clients were convicted in courts outside of Franklin County). Because many of the family members of our clients are working people, we are happy to schedule Sunday afternoon intake consultations so as to accommodate their work schedules.
At the intake consultation, you will meet with an attorney for the purpose of identifying your legal needs and our availability to provide services. We will also outline the legal fees and expenses that we would charge for our legal representation.
We encourage our clients to make informed decisions about their desire to retain our legal services.
